Subject: Prohibition on Bringing Mobile Phones to School Premises
All the students of our school are hereby informed that an unhealthy tendency of bringing mobile phones to school has been noticed in recent days. This habit is creating serious problems, as mobile phones distract students during class hours, disturb fellow students, and hamper the smooth process of classroom teaching and learning. The use of mobile phones in school is strictly against school discipline and academic values. Therefore, students are strongly requested not to bring mobile phones to school under any circumstances. If any student is found carrying or using a mobile phone on the school premises, strict disciplinary action will be taken against the concerned student. Cooperation from all students is expected to maintain a healthy academic environment.

বিষয়: স্কুলের প্রাঙ্গণে মোবাইল ফোন আনা নিষিদ্ধকরণ
আমাদের স্কুলের সকল ছাত্রছাত্রীকে এতদ্বারা জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, সম্প্রতি স্কুলে মোবাইল ফোন আনার একটি অস্বাস্থ্যকর প্রবণতা লক্ষ্য করা গেছে। এই অভ্যাসটি গুরুতর সমস্যার সৃষ্টি করছে, কারণ মোবাইল ফোন ক্লাসের সময় ছাত্রছাত্রীদের মনোযোগ বিঘ্নিত করে, সহপাঠীদের বিরক্ত করে এবং শ্রেণিকক্ষে পাঠদান ও শেখার স্বাভাবিক প্রক্রিয়াকে ব্যাহত করে। স্কুলে মোবাইল ফোনের ব্যবহার স্কুলের শৃঙ্খলা এবং শিক্ষাগত মূল্যবোধের পরিপন্থী। অতএব, ছাত্রছাত্রীদেরকে কোনো অবস্থাতেই স্কুলে মোবাইল ফোন না আনার জন্য কঠোরভাবে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। যদি কোনো ছাত্রছাত্রীকে স্কুলের প্রাঙ্গণে মোবাইল ফোন বহন করতে বা ব্যবহার করতে দেখা যায়, তবে সংশ্লিষ্ট ছাত্রছাত্রীর বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে। একটি সুস্থ শিক্ষাগত পরিবেশ বজায় রাখার জন্য সকল ছাত্রছাত্রীর সহযোগিতা কামনা করা হচ্ছে।
