ক। পজিটিভ ডিগ্রি ও কম্পেয়ারেটিভ ডিগ্রির সম্পর্ক বিপরীত।
খ। হ্যাঁ বোধক থাকলে না বোধক হবে না বোধক থাকলে হ্যা বোধক হবে।
গ। সামনের সাবজেক্ট পিছনে যাবে এবং পিছনের সাবজেক্ট সামনে আসবে।
২। comparative <> superlative =
ক। কম্পারেটিভ ও সুপারলেটিভ ডিগ্রির সম্পর্ক সোজাসুজি.
খ। প্রশ্নের প্রথমে যা থাকবে তাই দিয়ে শুরু করতে হবে।
গ। সুপারলেটিভ ডিগ্রিতে One of কথাটি না থাকলে than এরপর any other বসে।
গ। সুপারলেটিভ ডিগ্রিতে ওয়ান one of কথাটি থাকলে than এরপর most other বসে.
3. Superlative degree <> positive Degree=
ক। সুপারলেটিভ ডিগ্রিতে one of কথাটি না থাকলে পজিটিভ ডিগ্রী প্রথমে no other + ডিগ্রী এর পরবর্তী অংশ লিখে শুরু করতে হবে।
খ। সুপারলেটিভ ডিগ্রিতে one of কথাটি থাকলে পজিটিভ ডিগ্রী very few + ডিগ্রির পরবর্তী অংশ প্রথমে শুরু করতে হবে।
গ। Very few বসলে– is থাকলে are হবে, was থাকলে were হবে।
ঘ। One of এরপর সব সময় বহুবচন হয়।

:: Superlative: -- the +adjective+est / the most+adjective. /one of the +adjective+est
a) sangeeta runs faster than any other girl in her class.
b) Rahul is taller than any other boy in the class.
c) Rina is more beautiful than most other girls in the school.
d) No other man is so brilliant as Modi.
e) No other girl was so intelligent as Rakhi.
f) Very few women are as kind hearted as Mamata.
