Title: The Two Cats and the Monkey
Once two cats found a piece of bread. Both wanted to have it and started fighting. A monkey saw them quarrelling and decided to help. He broke the bread into two parts, but one part was larger. To make them equal, he ate from the larger piece. Again one piece became smaller, so he ate from the other piece. In this way, he ate both pieces of bread. The cats were left hungry and realized their foolishness.
Moral: When we quarrel, others take advantage.

একদিন দুটি বিড়াল এক টুকরো রুটি পেল। দুজনেই সেটা পেতে চাইল এবং ঝগড়া শুরু করল। একটি বানর তাদের ঝগড়া দেখে সাহায্য করতে এলো। সে রুটিটিকে দুই ভাগে ভাগ করল, কিন্তু একটি ভাগ বড় হলো। সমান করতে সে বড় অংশ থেকে কিছু খেয়ে নিল। আবার ছোট-বড় হয়ে গেল, তাই অন্য দিক থেকেও খেল। এভাবে বানর দুটো অংশই খেয়ে ফেলল। বিড়াল দুটি ক্ষুধার্ত রইল এবং নিজেদের বোকামি বুঝল।
নৈতিক শিক্ষা: ঝগড়া করলে অন্যরা সুযোগ নেয়।
